Contracts/Commercial Manager

My client are an international project management company who have won the PMC services on a large scale education development across Jeddah and Mecca. They require an experienced Contracts/Commercial Manager to join the team.

Representing the client, the successful candidate will ensure that the requirements of the contract documents are implemented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

To be considered candidates must have 15 yearsexperience with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a recognized university. You will have worked on large scale buildings projects in the past. Ideally you will hold RICS, MCIOB or equivalent.
