CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT CHEF – FOODIE GROUP – UAE BASED!
Salary package: AED21,500 pm plus medical, flights etc
My client is a very food-focused Restaurant & Retail group who are now looking for a Head Chef / Development Chef for their operations!
To be a successful development chef, you will be a passionate foodie who enjoys cooking with a Creative Edge. So, you’re going to be bursting with ideas for new menus and full of infectious enthusiasm and culinary expertise.
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years’ of experience as a head chef or similar position in a food development role.
- Should have experience in retail product development or have worked in a premium grocery shop, in addition to restaurants and cafe experience.
- Catering or equivalent qualification in Culinary Management. Business Management an asset
- Extensive Knowledge of the Internet, MS Office, Navision and LS Retail as well as Alfresco or any document repository platform
- Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills, good with people, independent, and able to work towards deadlines and targets.
Driving license mandatory, ability to travel regionally, internationally
