General Sales Manager

Our client is recruiting an experienced high energy General Sales Manager to lead their passenger car dealership in Saudi Arabia.

The Ideal Candidate

• Current General Sales Manager with responsibility for New & Used Car Sales
• Franchised car dealer experience
• British/European applicants will be considered with major dealer group experience
• Applicants must have predominantly retail experience, although additional OEM exposure will be an advantage
• Financially aware – sales budgets, maintaining margins and delivering P&L results
• Stable career path
• Strong sales processes
• Leadership and motivational skills
• Highly energetic
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to analyse data and assess the market/competition
• Excellent employer references are essential

The Package

Tax-free salary package of £60,000 per annum plus performance based incentive scheme, company car, medical assurance and annual flight.
