We’re seeking a high-energy professional Service Manager to join our Client; operating from superb facilities with an inspiring management and innovative leadership team.
Reporting to the Centre Principal you will have complete P&L responsibility for ensuring the business delivers an exceptional level of customer service, equal to the brand. You will lead your team, encompassing service technicians, service advisors, administrators, drivers and valets, ensuring they are motivated to achieve and exceed team profit and departmental finance targets
The Package
Base salary £36,000 per annum with a realistic OTE of £52,250 plus usual benefits such as accommodation allowance, company car, healthcare and annual ticket.
